Synopsis:

A HOST OF SPARROWS is a mystery/crime thriller about an ex-con who, after twelve years behind bars, is drawn to a reclusive bed & breakfast along with a coterie of strangers to confront the man responsible for killing the only woman he ever loved.

Location: Almost exclusively south-central PA and Northern Maryland (Baltimore/DC area), with 1-2 possible exceptions for some roles.

Company: Third Child Productions, which produced Two Days Back (2011) and Ghosting (2016, Circus Road Films, Random Media, The Orchard) for the Mont Alto Film Project, in partnership with the Open Keg Film Project.

Compensation: The production is ultra-low budget and actors should approach the production accordingly. We will, of course, keep everyone fed and hydrated and accommodate as many needs as possible, including possible backend arrangements for principal actors and minimal compensation for union actors in key roles, but there is nothing to be gained by misleading anyone. This is filmmaking by a family of professionals who respect the craft of filmmaking and who are making sacrifices to that end.
